The rooms at Hotel Mega & Apartment are so cozy and comfortable. I loved the seating area where I could just relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for some evening entertainment. And having a safety deposit box gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were secure.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the balcony in some rooms. But hey, that's just me.

Excellent Staff: The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, speaking multiple languages and assisting us with any questions or requests. We felt like VIPs!
Noisy Construction Site: The family room we were initially placed in was located next to a construction site, which started early in the morning. The noise from the cutting of concrete and steel made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

the hotel was clean, and the staff, especially Mr Arjun and Thakur, were great. They were always willing to provide information and help with anything we needed. the service was exceptional, and the chef, Mr Sailes, was brilliant. the hotel's rooftop seating offered a breathtaking view of the hill trails around Kathmandu and the Himalayas when the clouds cleared, including Mt. Everest. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and traditional Nepalese clothing and shawls nearby. Plus, the airport was close by, and taxis were readily available. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Mega & Apartment. Cons: Absolutely nothing! .
